Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Aussie Citizenship Exam Practice ("the App"), published by HuLearn (ozcitizen.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Aussie Citizenship Exam Practice is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Australian citizenship test. The App provides:

• Practice questions based on official "Our Common Bond" study materials
• Mock exam simulations under realistic test conditions
• Progress tracking and study analytics (stored locally only)
• Complete study guide access
• Premium features through one-time payment or weekly access

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aussie Citizenship Exam Practice. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Aussie Citizenship Exam Practice for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
• Distribute or resell the App or its content
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or servers
• Reproduce or redistribute the App's question bank or study materials

Payments and Pricing

One-Time Purchases

Our Lifetime and Family plans are one-time purchases. You pay once and retain access permanently, including all future updates. There are no recurring charges for these plans.

Weekly Access

The Weekly Crammer plan provides 7 days of full access with no auto-renewal. Your access expires at the end of the 7-day period unless you make a new purchase.

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store
• We do not store or have access to your payment card details
• Prices are displayed in AUD and may vary by region
• All prices include applicable taxes where required by law

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied with the App, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@ozcitizen.com.au for a full refund. Refunds for in-app purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are also governed by those platforms' refund policies.

Australian Consumer Law — Statutory Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), consumers have statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Where the App constitutes a "consumer good" or "service" under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy if the App fails to meet a consumer guarantee. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the ACL or any other applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

Before escalating any dispute, please contact us at support@ozcitizen.com.au so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may escalate to the relevant consumer tribunal in their state or territory (e.g. NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal), or to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au.

Intellectual Property

Aussie Citizenship Exam Practice, including its original question explanations, user interface design, and App features, is owned by HuLearn and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. The underlying study material "Our Common Bond" is © Commonwealth of Australia and is used in accordance with its open access terms.

Educational Disclaimer

Aussie Citizenship Exam Practice is a study aid and preparation tool. It is not affiliated with the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs. Success in practice questions does not guarantee passing the actual citizenship test. Always verify current test requirements through official government channels at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free. Citizenship test requirements may change over time without notice to us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, HuLearn and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to failure to pass the citizenship test.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through app update notices or by posting prominently on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
